Taqueria Zamora New Tenant for First Harbor Plaza:
Primior, a leading real estate development and investment firm, has announced Taqueria Zamora as the newest tenant for the company’s First Harbor Plaza development in Santa Ana, California.
Opened in 1992, the restaurant has become a landmark eatery renowned for its handmade tortillas and will now debut a second location at First Harbor Plaza.
“It’s exciting to welcome such a well-known and loved restaurant with local roots to our First Harbor Plaza development,” noted Primior CEO Johnney Zhang. “One of our highest priorities is to play a role in the economic and cultural development of the communities where we build.”
Taqueria Zamora began as a backyard business where friends and family gathered for traditional Mexican food prepared by founder Don Alberto. During the week, he stocked a shopping cart with ingredients and toured local neighborhoods to cook and share stories. The popularity of the food and cheerful approach became the foundation for opening the first restaurant in the southeast part of Santa Ana.
“We love Santa Ana and the clientele we serve in this great community,” said Saul Onofre, the founder’s son. “Our new location across town at First Harbor Plaza is perfect for building additional brand awareness and serving folks in that area. Primior has done an exceptional job of creating a very attractive property that will draw customers.”
